The Workflow
Seven clear steps from delivery to permanent archive.
Review
Clients receive a secure link to review watermarked previews of deliverables. They can inspect file integrity details without needing an account.
Request Changes
Clients can formally request revisions. Creators upload new versions, building a clear revision history that both sides can reference.
Approve
Once satisfied, clients approve the exact version they are signing off on. This approval binds directly to the byte-hash of approved files.
Sign
Clients digitally sign the approval statement. Their signature, timestamp, and client name are recorded immutably in the audit trail.
Certificate
Keepsake generates a verifiable PDF certificate with an embedded QR code. The certificate proves what was delivered, who approved it, and when.
Unlock Originals
Original files unlock for download after approval. Server-side authorization ensures originals are only available post-sign-off.
Archive
The project is sealed and stored. Years later, the certificate QR code still resolves to cryptographic proof of the handover.

Token-Scoped Client Vaults
Clients never need to create accounts. Access is granted via 256-bit cryptographic tokens, optionally protected by passcodes. Vaults are non-enumerable by design.
File-Byte SHA-256 Integrity
Digital signatures bind directly to the binary bytes of approved files. Once approved, versions are locked permanently by database triggers.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every action—upload, review, revision request, approval, download—is timestamped and appended to an immutable audit log.
Server-Enforced Access Control
Original files remain locked behind server-side authorization. No presigned URL is issued until the database records a completed sign-off.
Verifiable Certificates
Instant PDF certificates with embedded QR codes, signer timestamps, file hashes, and audit trail proof for permanent legal record.
Watermarked Previews
Clients review watermarked previews, separating viewing rights from download access. Originals remain protected until approval.
